I have very fine hair on my sensitive scalp, and my hair tends to droop and get oily by the evening and the next day. The cleansing power of this shampoo is excellent. Even without excessive scrubbing, the lather is really good, and the cleansing power is fantastic. I massaged the shampoo into the contours of my scalp, brushing from the ends to the crown, and used my hands to work the lather. Since the lather forms so well, I didn't need to scrub multiple times, so I think this shampoo will last a long time. I also sometimes get seborrheic issues on my scalp, but I didn't experience any of that during use, and the effective cleansing had a calming effect. The rich lather left my hair feeling incredibly clean when rinsed, but I was worried it might be too drying. However, that was not the case at all.
