When applied to the scalp and hair and massaged, it transforms into a light cream texture. *Scalp: I switched shampoos after getting an itchy scalp from one recommended by a YouTuber for its 'great ingredients'. Good ingredients alone don't cut it if they leave residue or make your hair feel like straw. As soon as I started using the Simplyo shampoo, my scalp felt cool, and both itchiness and dandruff disappeared. Pleased with this, I decided to try their treatment too. I heard water-based treatments are easier to apply and better than silicone-based ones, and I'm happy with it. It doesn't cause itching or weigh down the hair, and it doesn't seem to clog hair follicles. *Hair loss: While I'm not expecting miracles, I've noticed some changes. I used to have thick hair and wasn't worried, but seeing hair fall out during shampooing was concerning. With my previous shampoo, I'd lose handfuls when running my fingers through my hair. Since switching to this shampoo and treatment, I've noticed less hair fall. *Drain: You might wonder why I'm mentioning drains in a treatment review. When using treatments with silicone, I found that hair mixed with treatment and conditioner would clog the drain. Switching to this water-based product has eliminated that issue, making it more convenient to use. *The Hwahae Testers: This product works hard for your scalp and hair health!
Cons*Packaging: The bottle could be more pliable. It's stiff and thick, which makes it painful to squeeze when using. It should be thinner or more flexible. *Hair improvement: This might be a limitation of water-based treatments. For that silky, seaweed-like hair texture, silicone-based products seem more effective. I've been using this daily as I heard it's necessary for damaged hair from swimming and perms. If you're primarily focused on improving hair condition through treatments, conditioners, or hair masks, you might find this unsatisfactory.
