The spray power is disappointing. If you want to apply it to your back by yourself, you need to hold the nozzle upside down, but when you do that, nothing comes out.

This body mist had a slightly cooling effect. I tried it because I had some back acne, and while it didn't make the blemishes worse, I honestly can't say I noticed much improvement.
