  The texture is moisturizing and lightweight. It applies smoothly, which is great, and while absorption takes a bit of time, it doesn't cause any real inconvenience. I love how it's more portable and easier to use compared to tube or jar packaging. It's perfect for hot summer days - not heavy at all. You can apply it generously without worry. Plus, it's not sticky, which is a bonus. Unlike some gel creams that leave your skin feeling dry or tight after a while, I didn't experience any of that with this one. There's no slippery feeling or excess shine either. And I appreciate that the fragrance isn't overpowering. Overall, it's a gel cream that's comfortable and easy to use.

  Pros

  I tried the firefighter pad once because it became so famous. I was worried that the gel type would slip, but there was no slippage at all. It fills the inside with moisture well + it also has a cooling effect. The outside doesn't get greasy at all, and it just gives the feeling of moisture being filled. The flushing doesn't fade, but it doesn't get worse either. Instead, the heat goes down faster than other creams, and it's good for inner moisture, so it's a decent item! First of all, the cost-effectiveness through Hwahae shopping is incredible.. I definitely want to repurchase!!

  There isn't really anything, but requiring 20 characters is harsh. It's not an incredible cooling effect..? I really squeezed it out.

  I loved that it was less oily than an emulsion, but had more hydration instead, making it definitely easier to apply!

  There's nothing particularly bad. If it feels like it lacks richness, you can always layer it, which is great.

  Tip

  For those with oily skin, this might be enough to use on its own at night before bed.

  Pros

  Product usage period: Over 1 year Skin type: Combination dehydrated, sensitive (mid-20s female) What I loved: 1) Lightweight formula with minimal oiliness - Absorbs well on oily and combination dehydrated skin, leaving a light and fresh feeling. Makeup applies smoothly over it. It's perfect for summer when your skin tends to get excessively oily! 2) Suitable for sensitive skin - I have super sensitive skin, but I experienced almost no blemishes while using this. 3) Excellent absorption - Despite its gel texture, it doesn't sit on top of the skin but absorbs well. It quickly sinks in when you gently spread it and pat it with your fingers.

  Cons

  What could be improved: 1) Insufficient for winter, may compromise skin barrier - Even for oily to combination dehydrated skin, I felt it lacked hydration from autumn onwards. It's not enough to maintain the skin barrier, so I'm looking for other products with more potent ingredients. 2) Expensive for the amount you get - It runs out quickly due to the small quantity, and the price is high for the volume. I recommend purchasing during sales or special promotions.

  Tip

  Recommended for: Oily to combination dehydrated, sensitive skin (Note: In winter, it may not be sufficient unless you have extremely oily skin!) Not recommended for: Dry skin (It provides only minimal hydration. It didn't work well for my sister with dry skin, unfortunately.)

  Even for oily skin, it's not heavy and doesn't leave an oily residue. I applied it generously this summer. There's no stickiness, and it leaves a non-greasy, moisturized finish. Perhaps due to the licorice extract, it has a cooling effect that quickly soothes the skin. After a while, I felt some deep dryness, but layering it with other products helped replenish moisture and reduce that feeling. No pilling either!

  It's completely a soothing gel cream, so it might not suit those with dry skin. I only felt hydration, not moisturization.

  I love how this gel cream is incredibly lightweight and absorbs instantly. I'm also using the licorice-centella ampoule from the same line, and it's great for soothing my skin. Since my skin doesn't react well to cica products, I'm even more attached to this one. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a product with absolutely no oily residue.

  There's nothing I dislike about it. It's the perfect texture for my combination dehydrated skin! However, those with dry skin might find it a bit too light for their liking.

  I feel like there's an extra synergy when using this alongside the licorice-centella ampoule!
