  I'm someone who really puts effort into my eyebrows during makeup, and among all the eyebrow products I've used, this one is the easiest to apply and has the best color payoff. It's absolutely fantastic!

  Compared to other eyebrow products, it's a bit on the pricier side. However, I still plan to keep using it.

  I've been using this product since fall 2023. It glides on smoothly and creates a natural, not-too-intense look. This makes it suitable for those with darker brows or beginners. The triangular shape allows you to use the thin edge for defining the tail of the brow, while the thicker part fills in the main body. Once applied, it lasts all day long.

  Cons

  While I use it daily, which might explain it, I find the quantity a bit small for the price point, which is on the higher side in my opinion.

  First, I use powder to control any excess oil. Since my brows are naturally dark, I only need minimal touches. By following the natural hair growth pattern when applying, you can achieve the most natural look that stays put all day.

  Pros

  Skin type: I have combination skin, with slightly oily eyebrows. To enhance color payoff and prevent clumping when drawing my brows, I apply powder first. Application and longevity: Both adherence and staying power are quite impressive! Unlike other brow products that seem to disappear quickly, this one applies smoothly and adheres well to the skin without much effort. I've worn this brow product for over 6 hours while out and about, and it doesn't fade away. It stays put exactly as I applied it initially, which is fantastic! Texture and color: The texture is more powdery than creamy, gliding on smoothly. It's not too soft, but not so hard that it hurts to apply. It's just right! I originally bought shade 6 Taupe Brown, but I was looking for a more everyday brow product. This shade is slightly darker but similar to my usual Etude House brow product, just a bit lighter. The color turned out to be perfect, and I'm so satisfied! It's an ashy brown with a hint of reddish-brown, ideal for daily use. You can also apply it lightly for a softer look, which is great. I used to avoid thin brow pencils and found drawing my brows really difficult. I'd often go without filling them in, ending up looking like Mona Lisa in photos... Thanks to Espoir, I've discovered the benefits of a thin brow pencil! It applies smoothly and has good color payoff, making it easy to draw precise, natural-looking brows without much effort.

  Cons

  Value for money: Without a discount, it's quite pricey at around 16,000 won each. I find it a bit burdensome to spend that much on a brow product, so I always wait for sales. Keep an eye out for discounts! Firmness: While the texture is great for regular application, it can be a bit hard when trying to apply on bare skin. In my experience, it requires powder prep for smooth application. It might be uncomfortable to apply on bare skin. However, a quick powder application beforehand makes it glide on easily, so I recommend prepping with powder first!

  Tip

  I've repurchased this twice and am still using it! Espoir brow products are truly amazing! I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with drawing their brows like I used to. I'm extremely satisfied with it! TIP: If you're applying it on bare skin with some oil, it might be hard to draw due to its firm texture. Try applying powder first for better results!
