The pigmentation is excellent. It applies well even on bare skin, without needing to be powdered. The color is a true gray shade. I've tried all the products with "gray" in the name, but they always had a bit of a brown tint. But this one is exactly the same as natural hair color. I highly recommend this to those who haven't dyed their brows. The core is thin. It's easy to draw delicate strokes, but the thinness means it takes more time to fill in the brows.
Cons
The pigmentation is excellent. However, if you don't control the pressure well, you can end up with overly thick, unnatural-looking brows. The spoolie part is painful to brush through the brows. Pros

It has great staying power and excellent color payoff!! It's not a tacky gray, but a neat gray tone.
Cons
If you don't apply it well, it can end up looking like Shin Chan's eyebrows.. It doesn't seem to suit warm-toned people very well ㅠㅠ That's why I've been using it as an eyeliner substitute, but it's actually better that way.
