I was using the Mandarin Citrus body wash so well, I decided to try the body emulsion too. But just ONE use! ONE! I applied it all over my body, and the next day I suffered from terrible itching and pain due to skin rashes and hives..ㅠㅠ I really regret using it that time.
Starting from the armpits, it gradually spread to my neck, upper back, and the creases of my arms. My stomach and legs were constantly itchy too.
Finally, after 3 days, I couldn't bear it anymore and visited a dermatologist..
Currently, I'm taking prescribed medication and applying steroid ointment.
Although I've always had sensitive skin, in my 20+ years of life, I've never experienced such a severe allergic reaction from a body emulsion. The itching is also something I've never experienced before.
That other derma-something daily moisture body emulsion was fine.
But this one? Some ingredient must not have agreed with me.
I bought it because of the good reviews, but all I got was a skin condition. How disappointing..ㅜㅜ

This is the first product that has ever caused a ((((skin rash)))) for me in my life... sigh

The fragrance is too strong to use all over the body, so I'm using it as a hand cream instead.

The scent is really intense, so I'm using it as a hand cream. It's a fragrance that suits autumn and winter perfectly. The hydration level is moderate.

It's a bit disappointing that I only got to try a sample. I think it would be nice if they offered a smaller size option.

The scent was pleasantly subtle, which I appreciated. I was worried the leather fragrance might be too strong and make me nauseous, but it's actually quite comforting.

I'm not sure if it doesn't agree with my skin, but it's slightly itchy... Apart from that, there's nothing else to complain about.

Out of all the Mood Narrative body emulsions, I loved this one the most for its musky scent.

The emulsion tends to splash a bit when opening and closing the cap.

With its thin consistency, it doesn't provide deep hydration. I'm concerned it might not offer enough moisture for those with dry skin, especially during winter. The level of hydration was somewhat disappointing!

There's nothing to fault with this perfect, value-for-money Narrative body emulsion wash

A perfect scent for winter... with just the right weight. It exudes an air of luxury. When I apply this and stroll through the winter streets, it's pure bliss - as if I'm the main character in my own story. I've already stocked up on various types from the Dermavi Narrative line during sales, ready to use all winter long!

The hydration isn't exceptional, so it might be disappointing if you have very dry skin.

Personally, I loved the fragrance. I got great feedback from people around me.

While I absolutely love the scent as it suits my personal taste, the staying power isn't particularly impressive.

The luxurious scent and smooth application make it effortless to apply. It absorbs well with just a few swipes.

The lightweight formula allows for quick application (I find it a bit bothersome if I have to rub it in for too long..) and it absorbs well into the skin. The fragrance is also lovely. At first, the leather scent seemed a bit strong, but as time passed, the lingering sweet woody notes became quite pleasant. Judging by the lasting scent, this product could be appealing not only to men but also to women.

However, if you don't completely remove the cap, the amount that comes out is too little.

There are no downsides. With a scent like this, I'd overlook the ingredients. Selfishly, I wish the price would drop so I could slather it on generously.

I ordered Dermavi and received a sample. The scent was so lovely that I'm writing this review right after using it. Looking at other reviews, I see it's quite polarizing, probably because of its heavy musk scent. It's not a light fragrance like The Body Shop, but a rich musk that makes its presence known even before application. The lingering scent is powdery with a soap-like musk that's absolutely delightful when I exhale. Of course, it's subtle enough that only I can smell it. Although it's a body emulsion, it has a perfume-like quality. The initial heavy and intense scent might divide opinions as mentioned in reviews, but if you truly love musk, I highly recommend this.
