There are times when it can feel a bit tingly, but I think this varies depending on your skin's condition.

This is absolutely perfect as a base sunscreen. It plumps up the skin, provides just the right amount of texture refinement, and adds a nice dose of hydration. I'm currently mixing it with a brightening moisturizer sunscreen. I think I'll be sticking to this one for a while.
