For severe odor or discharge, use daily for about a week. When you notice improvement, reduce to every other day, then once or twice a week. As it gets even better, you can cut back to once or twice a month along with using a feminine wash. You'll see quick improvement without overusing the product. I stop using it when symptoms disappear and start again if issues return. Also, follow their channel for frequent coupons - you can get great deals on purchases that way.

There can be a bit of leakage if you sit or move around immediately after use, but it's not particularly uncomfortable or bothersome.

Before bed, I apply two more pumps, and change underwear first thing in the morning. After about two weeks of this, my discomfort completely disappeared! Vulvodynia caused an intense burning sensation that was unbearable, but in my case, it seems the vaginal dryness was a major factor. After using Medion, even when my immune system is low and I'm not feeling my best, the only symptom I experience is a slight increase in discharge. If you're suffering from vaginal dryness or vulvodynia, I highly recommend trying this. While it may not be a cure, it could provide significant relief.
