My skin feels like it has been sunburned. It's really good for people who can tolerate fat burning.

If you want to intensely stimulate a specific area, apply it generously and wear a compression bandage or tight pants/shirt over it to increase the effect!!

I applied it to my calves, but since I have a lot of hair, I don't think I felt the intense heat.
The smooth skin sees immediate effects, but for those with a bit more body hair, I recommend applying more or doing some hair removal before applying it!

This is a review that reflects a lot of my thoughts. I've been debating whether to give a higher rating, but the sense of shock and almost fear I experienced during use is honestly deserving of only about 2 stars. However, objectively speaking, the product itself merits 4 stars based on my criteria. This is my conclusion after considering the product itself as well as the additional elements like the instructions and packaging design.

 While the gel-type formula has its advantages, such as good spreadability and a lightweight, non-sticky feel after application, it also has some characteristics that can be perceived as drawbacks:

1. Excessive heat sensation
Even after showering again and washing with soap twice, the intense heat sensation does not easily subside. My skin feels cold, but I feel extremely hot!!! It's not just a warm sensation, but an intense heat that makes me worry if my skin is getting burned or if there's an issue with my skin. Even after confirming that there's no problem with my skin a few minutes later, the persistent heat makes me anxious about whether I can endure it. I have relatively normal skin, but just applying a small amount on the back of my hand made it feel as hot as a stove. Compared to this, the sensation of having chili pepper juice on my arm was less intense.

2. Rapid and deep absorption
This may be considered an advantage, but in this case, it feels more like a drawback. The fact that the intense heat sensation persists even after washing with soap suggests that the product has been quickly and deeply absorbed into the skin. It doesn't just sit on the surface or linger on the skin, but penetrates deep within, continuing to have a prolonged effect. While this is an impressive feat of technology, it becomes problematic when I want the sensation to stop. It's so disconcerting that my heart starts racing, and I wish I could remove the product, but it's impossible. I ended up taking a second shower with a body wash (Belman Mud Retinol - purple) and had all sorts of thoughts, from admiring the product's effectiveness, to considering using it before swimming as it wouldn't wash off in the water, to a mix of awe and frustration. This product truly deserves the description "incredibly impressive."

 The gel-type formula has good spreadability, and after application, the feeling is light and almost non-sticky, similar to applying a moisturizer.

For the thicker areas, just use an amount the size of a 100-won coin!! Pumping it about twice should be just right!

*The front part of the belly area feels just right when you apply it moderately.
I also applied it to the riding muscle on my thighs, which was clumped with fat, and it felt warm?just a bit warm.
When I pumped it about twice, it got just the right amount of warmth and then gradually subsided.
I'm not sure if the cellulite was really destroyed, but when the warming sensation came up after applying it, I felt like something was being destroyed.

It's extremely stimulating. If you think of it as just a regular cream or body lotion and use it as such, you might be quite surprised.

The definite, warm and cozy heating sensation was great, unlike any other heating creams I've tried before.

When applying it to your thighs, if you massage it from the bottom up, it seems to increase the elasticity!

The amount that comes out with each pump was too little, so I had to pump two or three times, which was a bit of a hassle.

I don't exercise at all, but even a small amount makes the heat effect incredibly strong, so I apply it before going to work and walk to the subway station and mainly use the stairs. 1. The heating cream's functionality is excellent.
This was my first time using a heating cream, and it truly lives up to its name. When I first received it, I mistakenly thought it was a sleeping cream and slathered it on like a body lotion, which was quite uncomfortable. After that, I applied the appropriate amount, especially on thicker, fatty areas, and was able to feel a pleasant warmth. Depending on the amount used, the product can provide a gentle warmth or a powerful heating effect.
+ I think regular use of this cream could help with cellulite management! After using it in the evenings following a workout, I felt my skin was a bit smoother the next day, though the results are likely not solely due to this single product.

2. The cream has an ideal viscosity - not too thick or runny - making it easy to apply. While it may look quite thick in the photos, it absorbs well into the skin without any stickiness, feeling more like a moisturizing cream. Since only a small amount is needed, it applies smoothly and leaves a refreshing finish.

But the problem is, for those who are sensitive or don't apply it properly, it can be quite irritating.
My calves were fine, but my abdomen and the back of my knees felt a bit stinging.
And if you have any cuts on your hands, it's a real torture...
It really stings a lot. Even after washing, it doesn't come off easily.

And I'm not sure if it's because the usage time is short, but I didn't really feel like my cellulite was improving. 
I paid the full price, so I definitely won't be repurchasing this.

The previous one had a subtle heating effect, and the usage felt like just applying a body cream.
This one is a bit more professional, so to speak.
