I kept it in the refrigerator for a cool application. Seeing such a reduction in redness over just a week speaks volumes about its effectiveness, doesn't it? I've been stressed about my acne scars, and while they haven't completely disappeared, the surrounding redness has noticeably faded. I'll likely be purchasing this again! Pad texture: Initially, I was unsure about the pad texture as it didn't look particularly soft. However, I found it excellent at absorbing the essence and delivering it effectively to the skin :) Quantity: This is something I wanted to praise right away! Usually, pad-type products dry out quickly, but the Cha Bio Lab Pine Tree Cica Soothing Pad is absolutely drenched in essence. I was shocked by how much there was - it's overflowing!
