  When I go out for exercise in the spring sunshine, it can be uncomfortable, but this is easy to apply and has a cooling effect. It protects my skin from external heat and irritation. For someone like me with sun allergies, it's comfortable and absolutely fantastic!

  I used this while swimming on vacation. I initially thought about sun protection, but the cooling sensation made it even more refreshing.   Pros

  I love how easy it is to apply these patches wherever you need them. Even with my sensitive skin (I have dermatitis), they're not irritating at all. The gel patches have a cooling effect that feels so refreshing and seems to calm my skin! After removing them, my skin feels more hydrated. My mom and I tried them together, and we noticed they even temporarily smoothed out wrinkles (based on the eye area of a woman in her late 50s). They adhere well to the skin and seem to offer good sun protection too.

  Cons

  The price point is a bit disappointing. While the adhesion could be better, they make up for it by being gentle on the skin. I don't sweat much, so they stay put for me, but if you're prone to sweating, you might need to press them down occasionally. You can reapply them, but once you take them off, the adhesion definitely decreases. They seem to be sensitive to water, so I wouldn't recommend them for water activities.

  For better adhesion, apply the patches after light skincare and make sure your products are fully absorbed.
