The Peripera one is indeed so soft and fluffy... My lips feel really moisturized...
Cons
The color wasn't what I had in mind.... There are too many tint options, so I held off on buying for a while before trying this one.... Even though I bought it, I'll probably just use it as a base and go back to the one I was using originally.
