(Though it might be a love-it-or-hate-it thing) ●The cool sensation from the mint seems to effectively remove oiliness from oily scalps, giving a sense of thorough cleansing. ●The packaging design is attractive. ●The complimentary travel-size treatment makes hair incredibly soft even with a small amount. ●It's truly refreshing to use in the sweltering summer. (The mint ingredient provides a very cooling sensation)
Cons●It's a bit runny, so it's easy to use too much if you're not careful. ●If you have acne-prone or atopic scalp, it might be irritating and cause a tingling sensation. (Actually, while testing it, I developed a large blemish on my scalp which felt a bit uncomfortable) ●The complimentary travel-size treatment feels quite rich, almost as if it's heating up. While it does make hair soft, the warming sensation makes me a bit hesitant to use it.
TipI recommend using a treatment or hair oil after shampooing, as the cleansing power might be too strong to use the shampoo alone.

Unlike other scalp shampoos, it doesn't leave hair feeling stiff, making it suitable for all scalp types. - While the scent isn't personally my favorite, it grew on me with continued use. Thankfully, it's not an artificial fragrance. Those sensitive to scents should try a sample first (available on their website). - The mild cooling sensation is great for sensitive scalps. - Surprisingly hydrating for an oily scalp shampoo, making it suitable for those who wash their hair twice daily. - Leaves hair soft after drying, despite being for oily scalps. - Lathers well. - In terms of cleansing effectiveness: (Labo H) Oily Type > No More Oil > (Labo H) Scalp Strengthening Type.
Cons- While the mild cooling sensation is good for sensitive scalps, I personally wish it was stronger. The menthol effect is barely noticeable. - Although moisturizing for a scalp shampoo, it might not be ideal for extremely oily scalps like mine as it can lead to greasiness by evening. - Despite being for oily hair, there's a slight slippery feeling when rinsing, so it might be better for oily hair types in winter rather than summer (doesn't completely strip oils). - Lacks anti-hair loss properties. - The strong scent might be polarizing, but it doesn't linger.
TipIts moisturizing quality is both a pro and a con for an oily scalp shampoo. This makes it suitable for dry scalps and comfortable for oily scalps to use twice daily without worrying about over-drying. It's a good winter option for oily scalps and a summer option for dry scalps.
