I don't like heavy and sticky lip tints, but the Rilili by Red Glossy Layer Fixing Tint doesn't feel sticky on the lips and is lightweight, yet has a nice glossy finish, so it's a tint I reach for often!! The glossy finish is pretty right after application, and after some time, an even more translucent, glossy 'glass-like' finish comes through..💗 There's also hardly any transfer, which I liked!!
