The fact that the scent was disliked (the unpleasant citrus scent?), and the gel formulation made it a bit inconvenient to lather up. If you want to buy an okay hair loss shampoo, it's fine, but I personally didn't like both the scent and the formulation.

I used to use the Ria Pro-Protein Shampoo for about three bottles, but it was discontinued at Olive Young, so I switched to this one... The scent and the feel are much worse than the one I used before.

The Pro-Protein Shampoo had a really nice scent, and my friends who used it also really liked it and bought it. This one has a citron scent, but it's not really fragrant(?) at all. Even though I don't particularly prefer citron, if it had a nice citron scent, I would have been satisfied using it. But the scent is not my cup of tea.

However, it does a decent job of controlling oiliness, and the citron scent is somewhat refreshing, so it might be better to use it in the summer rather than winter. I've tried a lot of anti-hair loss shampoos, and to be honest, they're all about the same in terms of reducing hair loss, not really outstanding except for the really expensive ones.

The Pro-Protein Shampoo had a regular shampoo formula, but this one has some kind of gel-like formula, which is also not my preference.

When the fragrance fades, it has a slight yogurt-like scent, but once I've washed it off, it's fragrance-free.

Although I don't have hair loss, both of my parents have extremely thin hair, and I've unfortunately inherited the same troublesome hair (seriously, whenever I go to the hair salon, the stylists keep touching my hair a lot, saying it's like a newborn's hair even though I'm 32).
My hair is so thin, limp, and lifeless that if I use a shampoo that doesn't suit me, it feels like my hair is getting weighed down immediately after washing and drying. 
So I'm very sensitive about shampoos, but this one is really great.
It's truly amazing - my hair feels stronger and doesn't get weighed down anymore.
I bought it on Coupang for 9,900 won, and I'm going to keep using it, so please don't ever discontinue it. If that happens, I'll have to go back to living with my limp, lifeless hair again. 😭

I bought this shampoo because it was cheap and claimed to help with hair loss. At first, I wasn't sure about it, but after using it a second time today following an initial wash, I was surprised to find my hair feeling much better. I plan to continue using it for a while.

Compared to other shampoos, the volume is a bit on the smaller side, so I think it will last me about 2 months. It would be great if they could offer a larger size or have sales more often.

1. Fragrance
The refreshing citrus scent of yuzu or lemon gently wafted through the air, making the hair washing experience pleasant throughout.

2. Lather
Even with just one pump, the lather was abundant, so those with short hair can get by with just one pump. Moreover, the dense and soft lather allowed me to wash my hair gently and thoroughly.

3. Packaging
The easy-to-press lid and the transparent container that allows you to see the contents were great features.

4. Effectiveness
I had been using another brand's shampoo, but had to buy a new one when I ran out. While looking for a new shampoo, I learned that Numbersin had launched a hair care brand. Many are aware that Numbersin produces high-quality products, and this Ria shampoo, being a Numbersin launch, is also of excellent quality.
This product made my hair noticeably softer after use. I'm very satisfied, so I plan to stick with the Ria shampoo going forward!

Even for those with an extremely dry scalp, it is incredibly dry and itchy. If you have a dry scalp, you won't be able to tolerate it even for a day. It's also difficult to expect any dandruff-reducing benefits. Your hair falls out the same way (sometimes even more) and despite using the essence shampoo, your hair doesn't become soft and glossy at all.

Personally, I find the fragrance to be artificial, so every time I get the lingering scent in my hair, I feel the need to buy a new shampoo. I recommend trying out the fragrance beforehand before purchasing.

The positive aspect is that there was not much of a greasy scalp issue.

Although I was hesitant to use conditioner due to hair loss, I was pleased that my hair felt soft and not stiff when using the shampoo alone!!
