  Cons

  If you're looking for high coverage, I'd recommend choosing a different product as this one offers minimal coverage. It tends to transfer onto masks quite a bit. Towards the end of its use, the glow starts to look more like an oily sheen rather than a pretty radiance.

  Today, I'm excited to review this Pink Aura Cushion I won as part of the Hwahae Testers program! I'm so grateful for the opportunity to try it out. True to its Pink Aura name, I was pleased to see that the cushion generally comes out with a pink tint rather than yellow. I found that this pink hue really makes the skin look brighter and more radiant, which I absolutely loved. Another great thing about this cushion is how surprisingly moisturizing it is. Compared to other cushions, it applies more smoothly and gives a beautiful glow due to its hydrating properties. It made me wonder if I could get away with a lighter base skincare routine when using this.

  Cons

  The coverage was a bit lacking, I must say. I have quite a few blemishes and freckles, and they were still visible through the foundation. For those areas, I'd recommend using a concealer for better coverage.

  1. Moisturizing when applied, with no caking around the nose area. This cushion would be great for those with dry skin! I usually experience uncomfortable caking around my nose after wearing other cushions for a while, but this one has a moisturizing and soft formula that covers the nose area smoothly. 2. Provides sheer coverage and creates a glowing complexion. It naturally evens out the skin tone and gives a radiant finish. I found it to adhere well to the skin, and what I loved most was how it starts off dewy but settles to a soft matte finish rather than becoming completely matte. The formula is hydrating, so there might be minimal transfer, but it's impressively minimal for such a moisturizing product. 3. The included puff complements the cushion perfectly. The puff seems to enhance the cushion's moisturizing texture. It's great that you don't need to use a separate applicator.

  Cons

  I wish the cushion compact had a simpler design on the exterior! The natural brightening effect means it might not fully cover blemishes or scars, but in such cases, you could build it up with multiple thin layers. It's perfect for a quick, effortless look. I don't have many scars, so I mainly used it for overall complexion evening.

  Pros

  My skin type is combination, combination dehydrated skin, and slightly super sensitive skin. The hand and face photos show only half of the face with the product applied! Color payoff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As you can see, it has a marbled appearance, which made me go 'Oh?'. When actually applied, it gave a radiant look. The more I patted it in, the better it adhered and the more it glowed, which I was very satisfied with. Coverage: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While the coverage isn't particularly high, it allows for a natural-looking coverage, making it suitable for those with already good skin. It gave a slight brightening moisturizer effect. (I don't usually use high-coverage or matte products, so I gave it 4 stars, but if we're just looking at coverage alone, it would be about 2 stars!) Other aspects The hydration, adherence, and staying power were all great! It felt slightly dry but pleasantly moisturizing. The more I patted it in, the better it adhered. I was out for about 8 hours, and there was hardly any breakdown of the makeup! Personally, I found the case and coverage a bit disappointing, but I think it's an excellent product for those with good skin.

  Design: ⭐️⭐️ It's an orange cushion, but the color looked a bit dated to me, and the plastic case seemed cheap. However, I liked that the cushion felt firm and bouncy. The size was smaller than a regular cushion. I have slightly super sensitive skin, and the day after using it, I got a small milia-like blemishes on my cheek, which was a bit concerning. But it wasn't bothersome enough to stop me from continuing to use it regularly.

  First and foremost, the case is incredibly luxurious and beautiful! Even though I have dry skin, I don't feel like it's patchy even without a thorough base. The puff feels great, allowing for excellent adherence! It doesn't apply thickly, so you can layer it on lightly. I was initially worried it might look too oily, but the glow isn't overwhelming. It doesn't feel greasy, and my skin looks amazing, like it has that coveted 'honey skin' glow! My mom, who's in her 50s, is also eyeing this cushion. She says it doesn't seem to accentuate under-eye areas or nasolabial folds. As I mentioned before, the design is so sophisticated, and the subtle glow makes it less intimidating than other cushion products, suitable for a wide age range. That's why it also makes a great gift! Plus, it doesn't transfer much onto masks, making it convenient to use. No imprints either!

  Cons

  Sadly, the coverage isn't particularly strong. There's also a bit of creasing around the sides of the nose.

  It makes a great gift! The more you press it in with the puff, the more naturally it brightens your complexion, making it perfect for a natural makeup look!

  It absorbs more moisturizing than I expected, which was great for my skin that tends to dry out quickly. However, when I applied it after thorough skincare, it gave quite a glow, so I lightly dusted some powder over it to tone it down. The coverage wasn't bad either, and it seems perfect for a light, everyday look.

  The all-orange design really catches the eye. It's a bit much. Even though I applied powder to reduce the glow, it still seemed to dry out rather quickly. For a better makeup look, I'd suggest using just enough powder to mattify without overdoing it, while still maintaining some of that Inner Glow. Also, while it doesn't have an overpowering scent, as someone who prefers unscented products, I found the fragrance a bit strong. It would have been better if the scent was more subtle.

  Pros

  It leaves your skin matte on the outside but with a beautiful Inner Glow! The glow from within is truly stunning. It doesn't make your skin look oily, but rather gives the appearance of naturally good skin. It fills in pores well and improves the overall texture of your skin. Surprisingly, when I reapplied it about 6 hours later, there was no pilling! Highly recommended for touch-ups! Overall, it's a solid, reliable cushion foundation.

  Cons

  It can be a bit tricky to control the amount of product. The application varies depending on your skin condition. When I first received the product, it lifted around my nose area. After exfoliating to remove dead skin cells and reapplying, it worked much better. There is some darkening of the product over time.

  Tip

  Exfoliation is absolutely essential! The best method I found was to use three fingers to evenly coat the puff, then apply that amount to your entire face. It's better to apply one thicker layer rather than multiple thin layers. With each application, you can feel it building up on your face. Try using it for touch-ups. It absorbs excess oil that has surfaced over time and applies smoothly.

  I received this product through a Hwahae event and got to try it out. When I first saw the cushion, I was taken aback by how orange it looked, but as I kept looking at it, it started to appear quite pretty. What I liked was that the cushion contents had a marbled effect, giving the impression that it brightens the face without being excessive. True to its biggest selling point, the glow is really beautiful. Another advantage is that it has significantly less transfer compared to other cushions.

  I'm not entirely sure, but when I first applied it, I felt like it had a slightly grayish tint. However, the second time I used it, it didn't seem that way... so it's a bit ambiguous. Also, since it's a glow cushion, it's best not to expect much in terms of coverage. There's no coverage to speak of... Because of this, it seems to make pores more noticeable, so I've been setting it with powder after applying the cushion.
