I've used up one jar, and while it didn't dramatically shrink my pores as claimed, there was definitely a noticeable reduction. It's not a miracle worker, but hey, I'll take what I can get!

2. Inconvenient packaging
The process goes: open lid -> open inner lid -> scoop with spatula -> apply -> close inner lid -> place spatula on top -> close outer lid. While I'm very satisfied with its effectiveness, this is the main reason I deducted one star. Please release a tube version!

I loved the fragrance. It's like a berry scent? Subtle yet pleasant, not overpowering!

While it might be a bit dry for those with dry skin, it was perfect for my combination dehydrated skin in summer. It's moisturizing without feeling greasy, and has a really nice bouncy texture!

I'm so satisfied with the texture. It's a typical hydrating cream consistency, but unlike others I've used that fell short on moisturizing. My combination dehydrated skin needs hydration to prevent oil overproduction, and this product delivered! It forms a sort of film that leaves your skin feeling hydrated.

4. Built-in spatula
I usually avoid jar-type creams because they seem unhygienic, but this one has an inner lid and a place to store the spatula. I can rest it on top of the lid, which keeps dust out - love it!

I'm not sure if it's because my pores tightened or if it's due to the improved oil-moisture balance, but after suffering from blackheads post-nose surgery and trying everything from volcanic ash to nose packs and cleansing oils with no success, this cream has actually reduced my blackheads! I'm sticking with this cream!

Even when used with the ampoule, I didn't see significant results. I'm almost through two jars of the cream, and it's disappointing. I remember starting to use it either with the ampoule or a bit later, but I've gone through two jars of this while only finishing one bottle of the ampoule. My skin feels extremely dry after application. I had to apply another moisturizer on top of this. I used it all up because I didn't want to waste it, but I won't repurchase or recommend it.

I bought this as a set with the Rootree ampoule, hoping for enhanced effects when used together.
