But when I applied it, I was shocked. First of all, the brush is too long, so no matter how I apply it, it gets all over my skin, and the application isn't quite right. Of course, there is the typical 'Hwahae mascara' effect of making the eyebrows look whitish and blurred. It might be good for those with sparse eyebrows.
