There's nothing major to complain about. The only slight issue is that with so many color options, I find myself overthinking which one to choose each time I buy it!

I have shade 23 skin and light brown hair that's about 2-3 shades darker. The Natural Brown shade is slightly lighter, which gives a softer, more gentle impression. It blends in naturally without looking out of place.

It's a bit tricky to control the amount when you first use it. Also, applying it between the hairs can be challenging, but you get the hang of it with practice!

I bought this after a disastrous eyebrow bleaching incident, and the color is incredibly natural and beautiful!

I bought this to tone down my naturally dark eyebrows, but it's even darker than I expected. I should have gone for the ash brown shade instead. For me, Etude's ash brown mascara worked better.
