  As someone with dry skin, I find it provides a decent level of hydration without causing any blemishes

  Cons

  Since it's a foam-type product, it won't absorb completely if left alone. You need to pat it in to ensure proper absorption

  First off, I was intrigued by the foam-type toner, and it was convenient since it didn't drip. I felt like applying just this toner provided a decent level of hydration.

  The foam is surprisingly firm - I thought I got the wrong cleanser at first! It's easy to apply and leaves my skin feeling hydrated.
