Since it's formulated to be less irritating, it might not remove everything perfectly with just one swipe, but two passes usually do the trick. For light makeup, one wipe is sufficient, while for heavier makeup, I recommend two wipes followed by a foam cleanser for a thorough cleanse. I've gone through two 500ml bottles so far and have been consistently satisfied with its performance.
ConsThe downside inherent to cleansing waters is the potential for irritation when using cotton pads to apply the product. If you have a compromised skin barrier to begin with, it's best to avoid cleansing waters altogether.
