It has an essence-like texture, so it needs to be shaken before use. It feels heavy.
Immediately after application, the lips feel hot and the face itches. Allergic reactions occur and it feels unpleasant.

It is easy to apply as it is runny, without a drying or sticky feeling. It is good to apply before bed as it has a moisturizing effect. Even a small amount can be effective.

After generously misting your face with this product, use a beauty device in the absorption mode and roll it from the inner to the outer parts of your skin for 5 minutes to help it penetrate deeper.

Unlike the other products, this one doesn't have a pump. Since the packaging is a glass bottle, shaking it to use can feel heavy on the wrists. It would be better if they had added a pump to make it more convenient and hygienic to use, even though it is technically a toner.

This toner has a sticky, mucus-like texture. It provides good hydration. I expected it to have a slightly brownish hue, but it was surprisingly transparent. I first apply the boosting essence right after cleansing, and then I use this product. Instead of scooping it out with my hands, which I feel would be wasteful, I directly shake it onto my face to apply it.

Even though this is a toner, it has a substantial feel to it, so just a small amount leaves my face looking glazed like a donut.

As advertised, it also has a subtle cooling sensation. It's not an intense menthol-like coolness, but a mild, barely perceptible one. I expected traditional Korean herbal cosmetics to have a warm, comforting quality, but this is the opposite, which was quite surprising to me.

Among the Sosaeng line, this product had the strongest herbal scent. The other Sosaeng items didn't have an overpowering herbal fragrance, but this essence does have a distinct herbal aroma that may be bothersome for those sensitive to scents.

It absorbs slowly, but that helps it maintain long-lasting hydration, so I would highly recommend this especially for dry skin types. If you find that other products don't seem to quench your skin's dryness, switching your toner to this one would be a wise choice.
