As winter approached, I was searching for a kids' emulsion with better hydration, and I chose this Atopalm brand because I'm a fan! The moisturizing power is great, and the absorption is not bad for a cream. Since children often apply it haphazardly when they do it themselves, it's best for parents to help massage it in and ensure proper application.

Every time I apply it, the initial texture feels a bit thick and heavy. It doesn't leave a particularly moisturized feeling, but rather finishes with a soft, matte texture. I don't get the sensation of deep hydration building up in my skin.

While the initial application feels a bit heavy, it absorbs quickly without drying out my skin, leaving it hydrated and soft. I think those with sensitive skin can use this mild emulsion without worry. However, while it doesn't cause breakouts, I haven't noticed any significant soothing effects.

The quantity is a bit too generous for my son to use on his own. It'll take quite a while to finish.

The distinctive propolis scent is a bit too strong, which makes it somewhat uncomfortable. As it's a face emulsion meant for facial application, the persistent smell around the nose area is quite distracting. Those who enjoy this scent might appreciate it though.
