I've been using this for years, but now that it's being discontinued, I'm planning to switch to something else after using up the last of what I have left. I have dry skin with quite a bit of dead skin cells and super sensitive skin. First off, I liked that it lathers up nicely with just a bit of water. I also appreciated how smoothly it applied during cleansing. Maybe it's because I have super sensitive skin, but after washing my face, I get some rashes and my skin feels tight. It has a green tea scent, which I personally don't like, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who are particular about fragrance. The reviewer has been a long-time user of this product but is now forced to find an alternative due to its discontinuation. They have dry, sensitive skin prone to dead skin cell buildup. While they appreciated the product's lathering ability and smooth application, they experienced some irritation and tightness after use. The green tea scent was also not to their liking.
