This BB cream offers excellent coverage. I've used another BB cream from this brand before. I have dry skin, and this BB cream didn't work well for me. It accentuates dead skin cells and uneven texture too much. If you have dry skin, I recommend trying a BB cream without a matte finish. - rg********Combination SkinRecommendedOct 12, 2024
As expected, it's moisturizing and absorbs really well! I can't really think of any downsides. I'm using it with satisfaction. - nd*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 3, 2024
The coverage is great! It effectively conceals pores and covers most skin discolorations well, except for very dark spots. The color is pinker and brighter than expected, which can make your face look a bit 'floaty' if you apply too much. Also, the packaging feels oversized compared to the amount of product inside. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, and occasionally get blemishes when using this. However, I find it less irritating than other foundations or cushions. I recommend mixing this with a semi-matte foundation for better absorption and coverage. I always use it blended with other products rather than on its own. - ke*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedSep 2, 2024
The color is beautiful and it absorbs wonderfully. It spreads evenly with just a quick application by hand, leaving the skin feeling hydrated. It covers blemishes well too. It's not too thick, nor is it extremely lightweight - more of a medium consistency. The amount is quite small... I think TONYMOLY Luminous suits me better, haha. It doesn't cover pores effectively. - ch********Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessRecommendedMay 21, 2024
It's so hydrating! Even with my dry skin, when I mix this in, it doesn't look patchy at all. I'm not sure about its staying power. It tends to smudge easily, unfortunately. - le******Dry SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2024
I've been using this product for years. As someone with dry skin, I haven't found the perfect foundation yet, but I always come back to this BB cream. Please don't discontinue it! It hasn't caused any blemishes, which is good. However, since I have fair skin, I wish they had a shade 17 available. - oo***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 18, 2024
I've been using this BB cream for over a decade. It absorbs beautifully and I absolutely love it! The coverage is decent and it's incredibly cost-effective. Unfortunately, it seems to cause significant darkening of the skin. It's better when mixed with foundation. I find it works best when mixed in a ratio of about 4 parts BB cream to 6 parts foundation. This creates a lovely, hydrating blend. Applying it with a Hwahae mini brush helps create a thin layer that lasts longer. - he*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 15, 2024
I used to consistently use Missha's Cho Bo Yang BB cream, but after its reformulation, it didn't suit my taste anymore, so I went on a hunt for a new BB cream. I tried several, but this product turned out to be the best. 1. The adherence and moisturizing effect are similar to Cho Bo Yang - it's sticky in a good way and hydrating. 2. However, the color is brighter and prettier (less grayish, great for cool undertones). 3. It looks even better when set with Banila Co's primer powder. I have sensitive skin prone to emphasizing dead skin cells, but this product barely does that. There are no downsides. I spent a fortune trying various BB creams, CC creams, and brightening moisturizers, but I've finally found my holy grail. Please don't discontinue or reformulate this product. Keep it exactly as it is! - sn********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2023
The coverage is truly excellent. It conceals blemishes perfectly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. The only downside is that it tends to transfer onto my mask, which is a bit disappointing. - zg********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 12, 2023
✓ Reason for purchase: I bought this to mix with my foundation as it was a bit dry. I wanted a moisturizing BB cream to blend with it! When I went to the shop, they recommended mixing it with the Missha BB cream, saying it's quite hydrating :) ✓ After-use review: • Semi-matte formula with great staying power! It adheres well to the skin, which means it lasts longer. It doesn't break down much, and when it does, it fades gracefully! • Medium to high coverage It's not an ultra-thin formula, but rather a perfect blend of moderate hydration + appropriate thickness + suitable color resulting in medium to high coverage! It covers the overall complexion and light blemishes well :) ✗ Not as hydrating as expected. Although I compared many reviews before buying, I'm not sure if it's as moisturizing as claimed. Perhaps because I expected a formula packed with hydration, when applied alone, it doesn't feel super hydrating. However, it's not drying and has a smooth application, making it great for mixing with foundation! ✗ Has the characteristic grayish tint of BB creams. Some call it an ashy undertone. While reviews said there was hardly any grayish tint, I definitely noticed it! Important note: While it's good for mixing with foundation, personally, I found it works best when mixed with a moisturizing brightening cream! I've written this review as honestly as possible after carefully comparing other reviews! Hope this helps with your purchase decision :)
