I bought it when Tone 28 was on sale! It's great for using liberally without worrying about running out.

It wasn't exceptionally hydrating or anything special. The generous amount is a plus though.

Nothing particularly stands out, but it seems like a decent product for everyday use.

This is the second toner I've tried from the Tone 28 line. While I liked the previous product, its packaging was a bit inconvenient to use, so I decided to try a different one! The new container is much more user-friendly, and it feels even more hydrating on my skin.

During seasonal changes, you know how your skin can become dry in an instant after applying toner? Well, with this product, even as time passes between applying it and moving on to the next step in my routine, I don't experience any dryness or deep dryness!

The toner has a very watery consistency, which makes it a bit difficult to control the amount dispensed according to my standards. It might be because I'm not used to using toners regularly. I think it would be easier to apply if it had a slightly thicker texture... When I try to rub it between my hands to apply, it runs through my fingers too easily, and I end up with most of it on the back of my hands.

This is a gentle product with no side effects. I'm satisfied with the feeling that it nourishes my skin, thanks to the propolis and vitamins it contains. It absorbs well into sensitive skin without causing any tingling sensation, and the subtle fragrance is pleasant. I also appreciate that there's no excessive packaging.

Unlike the heavy texture typically associated with propolis, this formula flows like water while still feeling moisturizing.
Recommended for those with oily skin who hesitate to use propolis products due to their rich feel!

I thought it would be deeply hydrating because of the propolis in the name, but the texture is quite runny. I was hoping for a slightly thicker toner for the changing seasons, so that's a bit disappointing.

It's a clear, water-based toner. As expected from a propolis product, it has a sweet, honey-like scent! I use it as an exfoliating toner or layer it multiple times for comfortable skin.

I recommend applying three to five layers for best results.

The price is a bit disappointing. If only it were a little more affordable!

After applying three layers, my skin texture gradually becomes soft and smooth. Those tiny bumps seem to disappear completely.
