I really like it. Even though I slather it on like panda paint, there's no irritation, and the bouncy texture is great. Once I use this, I can't use any other eye creams.
Cons

I've been using this product consistently as I've developed light wrinkles under my eyes in my mid-30s and my dark circles have worsened. The eye cream itself has a rich, dense texture - it feels like a concentrated version of the brown bottle. The scent is also similar to the brown bottle. When applied, it feels soft and almost like a primer. It also absorbs completely without leaving a greasy residue. I really dislike products that just sit on the skin, so I'm very pleased that this one hydrates while fully absorbing. I can even apply it before bed without it transferring to my pillow. My skin type is such that even if I use an eye cream that claims not to cause tearing, my eyes still water constantly. If the ingredients don't suit me, I even get styes. So I've never been able to stick with a specific eye cream. I usually just apply a moisturizing cream around my eyes again after using my regular face cream, as that seems to work better for me. The product I tried has a gel-cream type texture that is slightly viscous and stretchy. It seems to have a good balance of oil and moisture. The best part was that it kept my eye area nicely moisturized without feeling too greasy. After just using a toner and then applying this eye cream, the absorption was good.
