There are no downsides or drawbacks to the Dove Beauty Bar that I can think of.

The fragrance is so lovely and moisturizing that I only use this soap!!

The fragrance is so lovely. The scent lingers in the bathroom for a long time. Dove's super moisturizing bar soap has incredibly creamy lather. When your skin is very sensitive and the skin barrier is damaged, using this soap for cleansing doesn't strip the skin and gently cleanses, helping to restore the skin barrier. It may not be able to wash away all the impurities in the pores, but it's great to use temporarily while your skin is recovering. The Dove Sensitive Beauty Bar is slightly better for cleansing, but this one is also slightly acidic, so they're quite similar. For those with extremely dry skin, this soap leaves a bit of an oily feel, so try using Dove in the winter. It's available everywhere and the price is reasonable.

If you use it on your body, using a shower towel makes it lather up really well and is great!!
