It feels cool and hydrating when applied. After application, it's not heavy or drying, but feels light as if you're wearing nothing. The moisturizing effect seems to last for a long time. This is the first product I've used on my 18-month-old baby. My little one usually doesn't like having anything applied to their face, but they seem to enjoy this one - probably because it's so gentle!

I applied this over my sunscreen or sun stick, gently patting it all over. Even though it's autumn with strong sunlight and I'm often outdoors, I sometimes forget to be as thorough with sun protection as in summer. So I also use this as a finishing touch after makeup, patting it on for extra coverage.

There weren't really any downsides. It does feel a bit pricey though.
