My skin is sensitive with a slightly oily T-zone and dry elsewhere. This product leaves my skin feeling hydrated. The gentle ingredients work wonders for me. Interestingly, it doesn't feel like a typical toner, but more like a very light serum. The formula seems kind to the skin, and the price point is reasonable too. The quantity seems a bit small for a toner. That's really my only complaint. It has a super runny consistency. I don't usually use toners, but I started trying this one and it's pretty good! My boyfriend says it's enough to just apply this alone. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It doesn't have any amazing benefits, but it's not bad either. The watery texture absorbs quickly, and you feel instant hydration with just a small amount. It's fragrance-free and feels gentle on the skin. I love that it's made with vegan ingredients and doesn't contain any potentially irritating substances. There's not really anything to complain about. Perhaps the price is a bit on the higher side...? First off, the texture is really lovely. It absorbs well into the skin, feeling almost like a serum. It's quite pricey for the amount you get... Even with a coupon, it still costs around 20,000 won.

I was selected as a Hwahae Tester to try this product. 1. Texture It looks like a water toner, but it has a slightly viscous consistency, like mucus. Maybe 80% water, 20% viscosity? Despite this, it doesn't feel heavy and absorbs well. I have combination dehydrated skin, but with a lot of oil like very oily skin. This toner might be a bit heavy for someone like me. Even one layer feels more intense than a regular water toner, so I'd recommend it for dry weather. For normal use, it seems suitable for normal to dry skin types. 2. Hydration With 'Hydrating' in its name, I had high expectations. The slightly heavier texture compared to regular water toners does provide good hydration. On my skin, 2-3 layers are enough to skip essence or serum. It also helps improve deep dryness to some extent. 3. Fragrance It's fragrance-free. 4. Blemishes Even when layered multiple times, which can feel a bit heavy along with the hydration, it didn't cause any blemishes. 5. Packaging It came in paper packaging, and if I remember correctly, without an additional paper case or box. I appreciated the reduced waste. Also, the toner bottle itself is cute. Nothing specific. For oily skin, it might be too rich, so I'd recommend using it as an essence or serum replacement rather than a toner.
