When the toner comes out of the opening, I was worried it would come out too much since it's quite watery, but it comes out just the right amount, making it easy to control the dosage!! It's like a thin protective layer covering my skin? *My skin is dry and troubled. I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and tried it out. 1. Texture It looks like a water toner, but the viscosity is similar to a runny nose - it's like a Water 8:2 ratio. However, it's not stuffy or slow to absorb at all. My skin is very dry and oily, almost like seborrheic dermatitis. This toner might be a bit heavy for skin like mine. Even applying it once, it feels deeper than a regular water toner, so I'd recommend using it on dry days. For normal to dry skin types, it should work fine as an everyday toner. 2. Hydration The name 'Hydrating' got me excited, and the texture being a bit heavier than regular water toners means the hydration is great. On my skin, I don't need to apply an essence or serum after layering this 2-3 times. It also helps relieve tightness to some degree. 3. Fragrance It's fragrance-free. 4. Breakouts Even with multiple layers, while I did feel a bit stuffy, I didn't experience any breakouts. 5. Packaging The package came in a paper wrap, and I think there was no additional paper case/box, which is great to reduce waste. And the toner bottle itself is quite cute-looking.
