I've been using it consistently 1-2 times a week. In the summer, I put it in the refrigerator and use it cool, which is the best. Compared to other collagen packs, it's not too heavy. It's not burdensome to use in the summer. I apply it for about 40-50 minutes and then remove it. I like that the part for the chin area is longer compared to other packs. The chin area is a part that's prone to wrinkles, you know. I was dissatisfied with other packs that barely cover the chin area. I use all three types of the Abib collagen packs frequently, and they're all good. My skin is sensitive, but the Abib packs are all gentle, so I don't have any trouble at all.
