If you want to apply it thinly like me, you'll need to control the amount carefully with the cushion. I found that even a small amount is sufficient as quite a bit comes out.

It's so lightweight that it applies too easily wherever the cushion touches... Not recommended if you're looking for a cushion that builds coverage with multiple layers! The texture tends to clump and pill if you apply too much.

I bought this for daily use, expecting a light texture with low coverage due to its moisturizing properties. But wow... it's surprisingly good! I applied it on my dry cheeks with slight redness, and I was shocked by how well it covered. They said it looks natural, but it's more like 'full coverage, step aside!' While reviews praised its moisturizing effect, it turns matte as soon as it settles on the skin. You might see finger or cushion marks if you touch it, but that's due to using too much product. I'll need to apply a thin layer with less product. The scent isn't unpleasant, and I love the slim, compact case!

It's hydrating even without an intense skincare routine. I just use toner pads (different ones each day), Physiogel (except on my forehead), sunscreen, and then immediately apply this cushion!

The shea butter is... nice for hydration, but it's an acne-triggering ingredient. Since I get acne on my forehead, I use Espoir there instead. The reason I say the color is the same as Vanilla is because I can use Vanilla on my forehead and 18 below without any noticeable difference!
On busy days when I've had to use it on my forehead too, my acne didn't actually get worse. But still, just to be safe...!
I took off one star because I'm worried about acne!

Surprisingly hydrating! I used to use Clio's Glow Cushion, which felt moisturizing at first but would look patchy by afternoon. This cushion, perhaps due to the shea butter, keeps my skin hydrated without any patchiness.

Compared to Espoir's Be Glow Cushion, this product really shines because it doesn't pill even when wearing a tight-fitting mask!

As for longevity, like most dry skin types, I don't produce much sebum, so it doesn't break down and lasts well... Not sure how it would work for oily skin types.

I'm the queen of smile lines, and this does settle into wrinkles a bit. When I pull down my mask in the morning for coffee, it's all creased in my smile lines, so I have to pat it out. I've only found one product that doesn't crease at all (Age 20's Compact Foundation, but it's too dark).

The color is just right too. From lightest to darkest:
Espoir Vanilla = Sheer Silk 18 > Clio Glow Lingerie
For shade 18, it's not extremely light. There were some opinions that it's unexpectedly a bit dark, but it's not that dark at all. I have fair skin, and it matched naturally. If it's similar to Vanilla, that means it's light...
