That's about it. This was a gift from an acquaintance, but it really didn't suit me at all. I have dry, thin, super sensitive skin, and as soon as I applied it, there was an intense tingling sensation. After a while, my face became so itchy that I had to wash it off again. The fragrance is also overpowering. It smells like Dove white soap, and the scent remains incredibly strong even after some time. The ingredients don't seem particularly good, and the hydration was just mediocre. Since I couldn't use it, my husband tried it. He has thicker skin, so he didn't experience the tingling, but he also found the fragrance too strong. I'm writing this review since it's a decent product but there aren't many reviews yet. I have extremely dry skin with almost no blemishes. I'm currently on a skincare minimalist journey (honestly, it's more laziness). When I wash my face in the evening, apply this product, followed by a regenerating cream before bed, I wake up the next morning feeling my skin soft and hydrated. It should work well for dry skin types, especially for those over 40. The absorption is great too. Despite being a cream, it's as smooth as an emulsion. It's convenient and nice that it takes care of daily dead skin cell management, so you don't need to exfoliate separately. While it's marketed as a brightening product, I can't really tell the difference since my skin tone is naturally fair. The scent is really musty. Even though I'm not particularly sensitive to mild fragrances, I don't like this one. There's a slight tingling sensation, but it subsides when I apply the regenerating cream. The intensity of the tingling seems to vary depending on my skin condition - sometimes it's more noticeable, other times barely there. Unfortunately, the price keeps increasing since its launch. I'm also using the day version, but I can't really tell if it's effective. As a result, I don't use the day version much. As you may know, this product doesn't work well with retinol. Exfoliants and retinol don't mix, and this contains AHA/BHA ingredients like lactic acid, citric acid, glutamic acid, salicylic acid, etc. You shouldn't use these together with retinol. Since your skin is precious, always make sure to check the ingredients!
