There aren't any real downsides. My hair feels slightly stiff after use, but compared to other shampoos, that's hardly even a drawback.

This is the shampoo I always end up coming back to. It's reliable, and when I try others, my scalp gets itchy. But when I switch back to Cheong Mi Jeong, everything's fine again. It definitely reduces hair loss too.
