It might be a bit too much for dry skin types, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you're willing to spend an hour on your base makeup routine.

Wow, foundation application really requires careful control, but this one just glides on without caking! It's truly a holy grail product for me!! It seems to work well for oily or combination skin types. It doesn't get cakey over time and gradually fades, which I really like!

The downside is that the longevity is a bit lacking, and if you don't set it with powder, it tends to transfer onto the mask.

It has great coverage and the color is the quintessential 23rd beige shade.

How can I get a more powdery finish? It seems the product focused too much on that aspect and neglected features like oil absorption, longevity, and resistance to breaking down.
The foundation felt powdery to the point of powder rolling around on my face just 10 minutes after application. I thought it would stabilize on my skin like other matte, high-coverage foundations as my skin's oils combined with it, but that was just my misconception.
The finish becomes cakey and the adhesion is poor, causing it to break down quickly. Worst of all, it's very weak against humidity. The unattractive, clumpy breakdown was a real letdown... Wearing it during mandatory mask-wearing was even more disappointing, as it would reliably transfer onto every part of the mask.
I don't even want to give this to anyone... It's too much of a hassle to try mixing it with my existing foundations to find a decent combination. I'm just worn out mentally and physically from this experience. (Sudden self-lament)

The foundation is more powdery in application than the popular Kate foundation from a few years ago, and the finish is even more powdery. Despite being applied thinly, the coverage is really good. Although it has a yellow base, it's not too yellow and looks radiant and lively, closer to an ivory shade.

so I bought both and mixed them together to use...

The coverage was good and the adherence was good too
Even though I'm an oily skin type and my nose gets shiny after 2 hours,
with the combination of moisturizer, hydrating sunscreen, foundation, and setting spray,
this worked well for me.
