I'm Milky21 from Hwahae. It applies very thinly and evenly. You can apply it well just with your hands without a brush or spatula. It's more like it seeps in rather than just sitting on top. It feels like applying a skincare cream. It doesn't break down messily when it starts to fade. I purposely bought the brighter shade, and it's not as bright as I expected! It's brightening, but not to the point of making my whole face glow - more like the level of a radiant tone-up cream. It's good for contouring.

The name sounds glowy, but it's not really that glowy. It's more of a semi-matte finish. My makeup tends to get patchy, and if I don't do my skincare diligently, it can get a bit uneven around my nose and between my brows.

If you mix it with the Laneige Neo Cushion (green one) in shade 21, it's the best!🙀 The color is just right, and the coverage, longevity, and overall performance are amazing. It fades naturally, and it hardly ever breaks down - it stays decent even until the evening.
