I used the Doctorto in the skincare routine, but I'm not sure about the soothing effect as I didn't use it as a pack. However, it was effective in removing dead skin cells. One side is made of gauze and the other side is soft cotton. The pads are incredibly large! Three sheets can cover your entire face. The exfoliation works really well. After using them, I can feel my skin becoming silky smooth.
