Since it's not sticky, you can use it both day and night. Consistency: It has a completely water-like texture. You can either apply it directly with your hands or use it as an exfoliating toner by soaking a cotton pad. Scent: It's easiest to understand if you think of it as smelling like rice water, but there's also a slight alcohol scent. It wasn't particularly off-putting to me. Packaging: The top part has a push-button dispenser, which makes it convenient to use. It's not too big, so it's easy to carry when traveling. I also liked that you can see through the container to check how much product is left. I checked their website and found out it's a patented rice water product. Besides this clear toner, they have many other products in the line like foam cleansers. Texture: If you have dry skin, you might feel it lacks a bit of hydration or richness. With rice as the main ingredient, it seems like it would be beneficial for skin health. When applied, it feels moisturizing and I like that there's no alcohol sensation. The price is too high. It rarely goes on sale too. Please lower the price a bit.
