It didn't make my skin feel dry either.
ConsI usually use shade 21, but this color is way too dark for me. There weren't specific shade numbers, so I thought it would look natural, but it seems more suitable for those who typically use shade 23.

After application, there's no significant dryness, and it didn't cause any blemishes on my skin.
ConsThe shade is too dark for standalone use. I wish it were a bit lighter.
