I've been pretty good at managing my skin troubles and flakiness, but I still need to use a separate scrub for concentrated exfoliation. After washing, my skin doesn't feel too tight. I prefer unscented products, so this works well for me. If you want to maintain a nice fragrance, you can use a separate body cream.
Cons
The large size means the shelf life is 8 months after opening, but it took me a while to get through it. I had to use it up pretty quickly.
