  It feels like all the built-up grime on my scalp is being washed away. Even with my oily scalp, using this just once a week leaves it feeling refreshed and clean. I've noticed that my scalp actually produces less oil now.

  Cons

  The quantity is a bit disappointing. I find myself using more product per application than I expected.

  Pros

  I use this about once a week and I love the refreshing coolness when I apply it. After using it, my scalp feels lighter and cleaner. Even after drying my hair, it feels soft and fluffy, like all the excess oil has been completely removed from my scalp.

  Cons

  The scrub particles are a bit on the coarse side, so if you rub mindlessly, you might end up irritating your scalp. It feels like coarse salt grains.

  Tip

  When I shower, I apply it first, put on a shower cap, finish washing, and then rinse it off. By then, the particles have dissolved, and you can feel your scalp cooling down throughout your shower routine.

  Pros

  As someone with extremely oily hair who has to wash it twice a day, I'm impressed. Usually, washing once leaves my scalp flaky and dirty, but with this product, I washed in the morning, and by nighttime my scalp still felt fresh. I even had my husband, who has a keen sense of smell, check, and he confirmed there was no greasy scalp odor at all. The ingredients are a real bargain too - it's packed with scalp and hair growth-friendly components like bifida, ginger, caffeine, niacin, sea salt, panthenol, and BHA.

  Cons

  Be careful not to scrub too hard with the salt granules, as you might end up pulling out your hair.

  Tip

  While the container has a thin, pointed tip designed for direct scalp application, I find it works better to squeeze the amount you need onto your palm and apply it to your scalp with your other hand, like you're applying a scalp pack. Then, sprinkle some water on your scalp to prevent the product from feeling too dry during application. Remember to massage very gently - otherwise, you might end up losing hair.
