  Pros

  I'm using this for drawing eyeliner and blending, and it works great! The color payoff is intense, so I only need to use a little. I also use it to fill in the inner corner of my eyes, but for that, I really use just a tiny amount! I love that it's not purely brown, but has a slight reddish tinge to it. I'll probably repurchase when I run out.

  The only downside is that there's a bit of excess powder fallout, but that's about it!

  I don't wear makeup often and mainly focus on blush and lips, not paying much attention to other products. But do you see that hit pan? This product is truly a game-changer! For those who find traditional eyeliner a bit overwhelming or feel it doesn't suit them, try using this shadow as eyeliner. It's not intimidating at all and will likely complement your look beautifully. Also, while this might vary from person to person, I found the staying power to be quite impressive. Even after a full day out and about, it barely budges - maybe just a tiny bit of smudging. Considering I don't touch up my makeup at all, I think the longevity is exceptional for an eyeshadow. I've even worn it as eyeliner to a water park, and it stayed put until the end! With its affordable price, long-lasting use, and no worries about drying out like liquid liners, I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

  When applying as eyeliner, make sure to tap off the excess or you'll get fallout! Always tap before applying. The case seems a bit loose, so it's not ideal for carrying in your makeup bag. When I put it in my pouch, other cosmetics kept getting dusted with the brown powder. However, since I rarely carry it around, it wasn't a big issue for me.

  It works well even with a Daiso eyeliner brush!

  I use this to enhance my eyeliner, create a base, or blend it out! The color selection is spot-on, and the pigmentation is so intense that beginners should start with a light hand! I'm a huge fan of Holika Holika shadows and have bought many. The color payoff, shade range, and texture are all fantastic! I highly recommend giving it a try!

  I'm using this to sketch out my eyeliner with eyeshadow before applying it, and to soften the line afterwards! The color seems just right for creating a nice line.

  Cons

  There's a bit of excess powder fallout. Personally, I don't think the color works well for anything other than eyeliner. I tried using it on my aegyo sal (under-eye area) and as regular eyeshadow, but it looked unnatural.

  It applies much better if you use a powder base before applying the eyeshadow.
