Usually, when a cleanser feels this gentle, it might compromise on cleansing power, but not this one - it leaves your skin squeaky clean while still being super effective. Right after washing, my sister asked what I'd done to my face because it looked so bright! You can visibly see how it brightens the complexion and smooths out the skin texture. As someone who used to use any old foam cleanser, this is a total game-changer. I never realized what I was missing until now - this is what finding the right product for your skin feels like!

The only good thing is the price... I blindly bought this at the store on a clerk's recommendation after another brand's cleansing foam had irritated my skin. I was desperate to solve my skin issues, so I closed my eyes and paid for it. Honestly, if you already have a cleansing product that works well for you, there's really no need to switch to this one.

It's incredibly gentle, leaving no tight or dry feeling after cleansing. In fact, it feels like it's actually improving my skin. Even eye makeup comes off cleanly with just two washes, no need for a separate eye makeup remover.

- Unless you have dry skin, it won't leave your skin surface too dry, but it feels like it's clearing out your skin from within. It's like getting a steamer treatment for your pores. After cleansing with this, your skin becomes brighter and more receptive to products.
- It works well with other La Mer products. This product prepares your skin by thoroughly cleansing it, making it ideal for absorbing other La Mer products.

It works well as part of a double cleansing routine - I use this after my cleansing foam, and it's also fine to follow up with another gentle, low pH cleanser.

Because it leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean, it can feel a bit dry right after washing. That's why I immediately apply a hydrating serum afterward.
