When you have small pimples on your forehead, apply a pack for about 10-20 minutes, and then gently wipe it off with an emboment just enough so that there is no irritation. The next morning, your forehead will be clear!! Just one use makes it clear, so I've been using it well whenever small pimples appear.
Cons
It's too stiff, so it doesn't stretch well, and it's narrow and large for the forehead. The adhesion is not very good.
Tip
keeping it in the refrigerator and using it makes it refreshing and puts me in a good mood haha

Surprisingly, it is not very irritating to the skin. The product itself is gentle, and when applied, the heat sensation significantly decreases.
