It also seems to have a calming effect on the skin.
ConsThere's nothing to complain about. Absolutely no downsides. I can't think of any drawbacks.

As someone with oily skin, I often find it burdensome to apply serum after using a sticky toner. But this one absorbs quickly and has great ingredients, so it seems really effective for calming blemishes! It also contains ingredients for managing dead skin cells, so I'd recommend it to anyone who dislikes clogged pores or suffers from closed comedones, acne, or pustular acne!
ConsThe only downside is the small quantity. It's not a hydrating toner, but rather focuses on exfoliation and soothing, so it might feel a bit lacking in moisture. However, this is actually better for oily, blemish-prone skin that can't handle too many layers of product.
TipYou can use this for both toner-tapping and as a skin pack. For toner-tapping, be aware that it creates friction on the skin, so those with sensitive skin should only use it for absorption. If you do toner-tap, don't press too hard. Instead, saturate a cotton pad generously and gently sweep it along your skin texture.
