The spreadability is pretty good. It's smooth yet moderately matte and adheres well. The bright color is not too bright and looks nice. The design and graphics are cute.☆
Cons
It wipes off easily. The staying power is on the weaker side. It works fine on the back of the hand, but the color payoff is not great on the apples of the cheeks. With 23, the dark shade is quite deep, so expressing shadows with darker colors is difficult. For those who don't have a deep dark shade in 21, it might work well.

Pros
First, the concealer and eye shadow liner are in the same pencil, so it's convenient to just grab and use in the morning, and it's also very portable! The color is also very natural even if you just put this on your bare skin, and if you add some glitter or pearl eyeshadow on top of the concealer depending on your mood, it sticks on really well and looks even more radiant. I was worried that the #2 eye shadow liner might be too dark and reddish, but no. It's a yellowish-brown color with a slight grayish tone, so it doesn't look unnatural on my skin at all. The Colorgram product I used to use as a 2-in-1 was convenient for portability, but the eye shadow color had a reddish tone that I didn't like, so I'm really happy that the Rilbare has an eye shadow color that I love.😭 It's so easy to finish with just one pencil. The application is also natural even if you just scribble it on without any skills, and it goes on smoothly without any stickiness, and it's not irritating to the eye area.
