Unless you're a true muted tone enthusiast, you might not even dare to try this. When first applied, it's like you've smeared chocolate on your lips.

The color payoff is truly the epitome of muted tones, with incredibly low saturation. It's matte and velvety, yet applies smoothly with minimal emphasis on dead skin cells. When applied after eating, when your lips have a coral tint, it calms everything down. Absolutely fantastic!

However, as it is a lipstick, the longevity is not great, and it does accentuate lip flakiness a bit.

This is the 23rd dark winter shade, with low chroma and low value, which is the best for me. I was hesitant to buy it, but it was discontinued, so I was lucky to find it at the Clio closed mall. My lip color is quite deep, so even with coverage, all lipsticks tend to appear redder on me, but this one comes up as a rich mauve on my lips and looks beautiful.

 When mixed with lip colors that are too high in chroma or ambiguous, it can become nicely muted.

 Applying it makes my complexion look dull and sickly-looking..☆

: Summer Mute Ragi / Olive Tone / 22nd Shade

■Texture
: Not too matte, smoothly applies with a velvety feel. Doesn't emphasize flakiness as much as expected, but those with severe flakiness should still use a lip balm. Can be used matte by blotting with a tissue.

■Color/Pigmentation
: A tophic color with a muted, plum-like, medium-low value, low chroma gray-purple color. A truly honest, foreign-sister-like mauve color. ☆ The muted, nudish mauve color is like the ones you see in foreign drugstore lip lacquers, swirling with deep purple. As a color picked for the overseas market, it definitely reminds you of a trendy foreign sister. Applies a bit dull on the complexion, so I use a minimal gradient as a base lip color.~ If you're looking for a unique, ultra-mauve lip, you've found it..☆

■Longevity/Adhesion
: Longevity is not great for a lipstick, with some transfer and the tissue blotting leaving less mask transfer. Adhesion is good, but flake management is essential.

■Cost-Effectiveness
: For this color, being able to get it from a domestic brand without having to do overseas direct purchase is good value. But now it has this legendary, Swpa final sister dancer vibe, so it's a bit iffy for daily use..

It has a very weak staying power, almost disappearing when applied.
And personally, I'm not a big fan of heavy staining, so while this is a lipstick, just looking at the Ink series line, you shouldn't expect much staining, even a little.

The color is a blend of mauve and gray, with just a hint of white.
The colors in this line are more subdued and do not have a strong payoff, so the color in this shade is also relatively muted when applied.
It can be similar to the Romand Petal Tesse, but the slight pink tone seen in the Petal Tesse is completely absent in this Mauve Mauve, making it lean more towards a deeper purple-gray and the color is a bit deeper.
