While S*food's carrot pads are also on the larger side, this product's height gives it a more commanding presence. When you open the case, there's a clip on the lid that allows you to hygienically remove one pad at a time, which is very convenient. The semi-transparent container makes it easy to see how much product is left, which I also appreciate. - Texture It has a watery texture with high hydration. There's a slight pink tint, but barely any noticeable scent. The formula itself doesn't feel oily at all, and there's no slipperiness when touched. It seems suitable for all skin types. - Pads They're thicker than regular pads and have embossing on one side, which is great for removing dead skin cells. I use them effectively to remove whiteheads in the T-zone area. They're less thick and fluffy than S*food's carrot pads, which I actually prefer. They hold just the right amount of product, so it doesn't drip when applied to the skin. Even after 10-15 minutes on the face, the pads remain moist. Due to their large size and thickness, they don't adhere as well to the skin. One pad is enough for the forehead or cheeks, but for the nose or chin, you need to cut them. Even then, they tend to fall off when you bend over, especially on curved areas. - Effects While it's marketed as a brightening pad, I haven't noticed any sudden skin brightening or fading of blemishes yet. It contains many ingredients that aid in brightening, so I'm hoping for a synergistic effect when used with other brightening products. It's great for hydrating the skin, refining skin texture, and cooling the skin in the first step of your skincare routine. It also works well as a hydrating mask when applied to the skin instead of a sheet mask. The name 'brightening pad' raised my expectations, but I'm disappointed that I didn't see significant results in 1-2 weeks. Other than that, I don't think there were any drawbacks.

Since these pads are also meant for texture care, their smooth surface suggests they can be used without causing irritation. The size of each pad is quite generous - slightly larger than your average cotton pad. Given that these pads are infused with various brightening ingredients, I often use them as the first step right after cleansing. They don't have any unnecessary fragrances and glide on with a fresh, hydrating feel. The generous size allows for effortless application across the face. Overall, these brightening pads offer a light, refreshing experience that leaves the skin feeling clean and moisturized. The downside is that they don't really stand out from other regular pads. The brightening effect isn't particularly impressive either.
