It looks pretty when applied, but even after cleansing and washing my face, some of it remains. I was disappointed that it doesn't cleanse off completely due to the staining effect.

It applies moisturizing and dries quickly to a soft, matte finish, which I love. It also gives a sense of smoothing out dead skin cells on the lips, so I often use it when my lip flakes become noticeable. It's a tint, but I use it like a lip balm, haha!
